A: Please ask yourself this:
First & foremost: IS IT Spam?
Do you really know everyone you’re emailing? Even if you do, have they agreed to receive commercial or bulk emails from you? Is it possible that someone complained? Do you know what UCE is? UCE stands for Unsolicited Commercial Email. UBE stands for Unsolicited Bulk Email. The street name for the above is Spam. Many people don't realize that technically they may be sending Spam, yet are surprised or even dismayed to learn that their email may have been treated as such by finding its way into someone’s junk box or bulk folder.
Spam is at an all-time high and has reached epidemic levels. To date there has been no real way of dealing with it…it’s basically a fact of life. Spam filters, Spam challengers, Safe Sender lists etc. are all ways to try and deal with the fact that as much as 95% of all email in the world today is in fact Spam. Don’t believe it? See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spam_(electronic). Considering the above, one can appreciate the challenges that are imposed on actual legitimate emails as it relates to proper intended delivery and receipt.
Realistically, what can you do?
1. Get on their Safe Sender list. Some email users have higher security than normal. In order to avoid being flagged as Junk/Spam ask to be put on their Safe Sender List. This should ensure that all of your emails will arrive to that person where and as intended. To learn more about Safe Sender Lists, please visit HERE!
2. Train your Spam Filter! And tell others to do the same. Have you ever deleted your entire Bulk/Junk email list without even looking through it? Never! If you're like everyone else, you are trained to look through your bulk/junk mail seeking legitimate emails, so as not to accidentally delete anything. In doing so, if you, or your recipients EVER find a good email in your Bulk/Junk mail, BE ABSOLUTELY SURE TO MARK IT AS NOT Spam. To do so, OPEN IT, and then you can mark as shown in the images below. You should only ever have to do this once; especially if you are marked as a Safe Sender too.
3. Always respond to a Spam challenge right away. If you ever get one of these, be sure to respond to it, before it expires. If you don’t, you can expect problems with this recipient in the future.

| *If anyone ever tells you they received your email in their junk box, or bulk mail, this is an opportunity. ASK THEM what they did with it. ASK THEM to put you on their Safe Sender list, it only takes a quick moment nowadays. SHOW THEM how to mark it as NOT Spam (see examples below). This is very important as it will train their Spam filter never to treat your email as Spam again. Spam filters are a great thing…but they don’t read minds. They need training just like a good watchdog. |

A: MLXjet has three different tracking messages:
Read Confirmation: Comes in immediately after email is opened by receiver.
Unread Confirmation: Comes in 48 hours if email is not opened.
MLS Listing Viewed: Unique to using MLXjet with certain MLS systems, it is a detailed report of properties and listings viewed.
A: Please send an email request to info@mlxjet.com and we can turn on and off the different types of tracking above at your request.
A: MLXjet Invisible Email Tracking will work most, if not all the time but cannot be guaranteed to work every time.
A: Yes! Depending on your email system, you can setup either a Filter, Label or Message Rule to automatically sort all incoming MLXjet email into one place. The address all tracking email comes from is: tracking@mlxjet.com. If you would like details on setting up your Filters, Labels or Message Rules, please consult your email systems help pages or email a technical request to us info@mlxjet.com
A: You may be sending to an email system that disables image backgrounds. Please forward a sample of this to us at info@mlxjet.com for resolution. If only specific parts of the template are not appearing, please let us know as well.
A: Outlook locks addresses after you save them as Contacts which makes it mistakenly think you are sending two email addresses when you add .mlxjet.com to the end of an email. This will only occur to addresses selected from your Contact Lists. To remedy this, simply delete the address and retype the same email address plus .mlxjet.com at the end. The extension .mlxjet.com can also be saved directly onto a person's email address within the Contact Sheet to always send branded to that contact automatically.
A:Top Producer Contact List Mass-Modifier is now available upon request. Add the mlxjet.com branding extension to all your contacts in Top Producer, in one fell swoop! Email your request to: info@mlxjet.com
A: The basic rule is that if you can Bookmark the link and return to it a day later and it works, we can make it a Live Link. We however do not recommend submitting search engine result addresses as Live Links as they will most likely only work temporarily. Search engine result addresses are best recognized by random numbers and letters appearing at the end of the address.
A: Browsers store the memory of images you come across to save loading time the next time the image appears, however, this also has the effect of recalling the original image if the image were to be updated on your template. To remedy this problem on webmail, click on your browsers Refresh button. If you are experiencing the problem in an email program like Outlook, please restart the program.
A: The text is filler text that mimics how an email will look inside a template. This will not appear on your actual template.
A: MLXjet templates are 640 pixels in width and will stretch infinitely vertically. Depending on your computer's screen resolution and the size of text on your browser, the template's actual size may vary. The higher your screen resolution or the smaller the text size, the smaller the template will appear.
To adjust screen resolution in Windows XP, please click on Start > Control Panel > Display and Settings.
In Windows Vista this can be done by clicking on Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display Settings.
To adjust text size in your browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, please click on View on the top menu and then Text Size to pick the size you wish the screen to display. We by default recommend to use Normal size for best viewing an MLXjet template.
A: Yes, just like when sending with listings, just add .mlxjet.com to the end of the recipient's address. Since MLXjet has no software component, this will work from any email system, no prior setup or install required.
