NO SPAM POLICY

MLXjet has a strict NO SPAM policy that all clients must observe and adhere to. Our policy is simple: we do not permit SPAM of any nature in any capacity. The MLXjet service may only be used for lawful purposes. Materials in violation of any local, state, provincial or Federal regulation(s) are prohibited. The MLXjet service may not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailing of commercial advertising. Such messages may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested it.

Client is responsible for maintaining evidence of such an explicit request.

Client understands that any form of SPAM or U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial email) may NOT be employed or used by client or any third party to promote or generate sales or to promote, advertise or otherwise distribute clients’ Associate Member promotional code. Clients’ base MLXjet account, along with Approved Associate Member status including promotional RPC code, may immediately be revoked and terminated without notice if determined that client engages in any such activity.
